Tranquil Islands of Relaxation. Koh Racha is made up of two twin islands close enough to see from the south end of Phuket. These islands are surrounded by remarkably clear water and close offshore reefs, which make it a popular destination for diving and snorkelling. Located only 12 miles south of Phuket, many visitors rent speedboats to make the most of their island experience between the three gorgeous beaches. These tranquil islands are ideal for relaxing, swimming and enjoying some of the most unblemished scenery on the Andaman Coast. There are only a three beaches between the two islands, but those are spectacularly beautiful.
