Island of Natural Beauty.

The biggest of Trang's off-shore islands, Koh Libong is around 45km off the coast from Pak Meng Beach. Another Muslim community, the population is spread across three main villages, Maphrao Village, Khlong Wa and Batubute Village.

The locals earn a living through fishing, rubber and fruit plantations. Libong's highest peak can be seen from Koh Lanta.

Libong is blessed with a long stretch of unspoilt beach along the west side of the island, Thung Yakha, but few visitors come here, instead choosing Ao To Kea, which is just in the next bay.
The naturally beautiful landscape of these bays is enhanced by a small waterfall which flows down the overlooking hills.

Juhoi Cape on the east of Libong, is a sanctuary for migrating birds during November and December.
